Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ !


1) Please note there is always a risk of delays, damaged or lost mails sent out by Normal Mail. No refunds or replacements will be given for lost packages by Normal Mail. Therefore, Registered Mail @ $2.50 is highly recommended.

2) We will not respond to any queries on lost Normal Mails as we are unable to check the status of Unregistered Articles.

3) All items will be checked in good condition before mailing out.

4) Once orders are submitted, we will give you an order confirmation email within 24 hours. In the event that you didn't receive any email confirmation, please do not hesitate to write to us @ littlerascalzshoppe@gmail.com .

5) All confirmed ready stock orders will be reserved for 24 hours only. If payment is not made within 24 hours, your order will be automatically released to the next buyer in queue and No prior notice will be given.

6) Once orders are paid, your item will be posted within the next working day.

7) No refunds or cancellations are allowed once payment is made.

8) Changes to your order due to size or quantity (subject to availability) can still be arranged if your item is not yet posted. Once items are posted no changes are allowed.

9) Please note that product color may differ from the actual product due to different camera and computer resolution/lighting settings.

10) Payment is to be made to POSB Current Account No : 750-12385-6 .

11) Once payment via IB or ATM Transfer is made, Please email the Transaction Ref No. and amount transferred and time (for ATM Transfers) to us @ littlerascalzshoppe@gmail.com .
